Since 2016, Mr. Springer has served as VP – Recruitment and is responsible for the attraction, selection, training and development of executive talent for the company. He has in depth experience in the restaurant, hotel, and retail industries.
From 2006 to 2016, Mr. Springer served the company as Director of Recruiting and Executive Recruiter. Prior to joining Heart of America, he was Corporate Recruiter for K’s Merchandise from 2000 to 2006, was General Manager for them from 1989 to 2000, and was a restaurant general manager for Restaurant Resources from 1980 to 1989.
