Ms. Pfitzenmaier joined the company in 2017 as the Executive Training Coordinator. In her current role as Director of Training, she is responsible for planning and directing new training techniques and enhancing existing training programs.
She oversees the training and development of our executive team as well as monitors operations to assess training needs, initiatives, and objectives. Her background is in employee development and business management. Ms. Pfitzenmaier is a graduate of Iowa State University.
