Vice President Of Development

Mr. Trosper joined Heart of America in 2022 as the Vice President of Development. Chris works on all aspects of real estate development within the Heart of America portfolio.

In his role, he is responsible for bringing new Heart of America projects to the market. Chris works closely with internal Heart of America design, construction, operations, and accounting teams as well as external consultants, brokers, and vendors to help create successful projects. Mr. Trosper received his bachelor’s degree in structural engineering from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from the University of Iowa.
