Mr. Waite joined Heart of America Group in 1997 as a chef at The Machine Shed in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, and continued to work his way up to Executive Chef at both the Pewaukee and Appleton Machine Shed locations.

In 2013, Mr. Waite transitioned into his current role as Brand Leader of Thunder Bay Grille and Gramma’s Kitchen, and in 2022, he became Vice President of Operations for Thunder Bay Grille. Mr. Waite is a 22-year Army veteran and served three tours of duty.
