Neil Skelly
Director of Property Operations
Mr. Skelly brings over 25 years of experience in the property management industry, with a background spanning hospitality, multifamily, and commercial/industrial environments. He began his career in 1998 after earning his HVAC/Refrigeration license and completing a credentialed program in Columbia, MO. During this time, an internship with a large casino chain sparked his passion for hospitality, a passion that continues to shape his work today.
Since joining Heart of America Group in 2019, Mr. Skelly has advanced from a site-level role in Lake Elmo, MN, to Director of Property Operations based in Des Moines. In his current role, he travels across the Midwest supporting properties and teams with the same dedication and energy that have defined his career. He takes pride in doing what he loves for a company that values its people—and considers himself ‘living the dream.’
