Ms. Hannam first joined Heart of America Group in 2014 as an area sales executive. During her time on the sales team, she moved into a regional director of sales role supporting multiple brands and participating in the opening and ramp-up of new properties in the Des Moines market and beyond.

In her current role, Ms. Hannam oversees the opening, leasing, and management of the company’s residential properties.
