Ms. Cronin joined the company in 2018 as a Brand Manager. In this role, she aligns each brand’s vision, mission, goals, and strategies so that each concept provides its guests with a quality and consistent experience. She also serves as the point person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives for traditional and social media marketing campaigns.

In addition, she works to improve the customer service experience by engaging with guests and monitoring customer feedback on a variety of different platforms. Olivia graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and journalism.
