Courtney Tinsman

Interior Designer

Mrs. Tinsman joined Heart of America in 2023 as an Interior Designer. Based out of the Moline office, her responsibilities include crafting compelling spaces through 3D modeling and rendering for new constructions, renovations and tenant improvements. She creates construction documents, specifications and FFEs (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for project developments.

Prior to joining Heart of America Group, Mrs. Tinsman gathered experience as a Project Engineer at local construction companies as well as internships at local design companies as an interior designer. Integrating practical construction knowledge with design expertise, Mrs. Tinsman received her degree in Construction Management at the University of Northern Iowa and an applied associates’ degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Kirkwood Community College.
