Courtney Tinsman
Interior Designer
Mrs. Tinsman joined Heart of America in 2023 as an Interior Designer. Based in the Moline office, her responsibilities include creating compelling spaces through 3D modeling and rendering for new constructions, renovations, and tenant improvements. She also prepares construction documents, specifications, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for project developments.
Prior to joining Heart of America Group, Mrs. Tinsman gained experience as a Project Engineer at local construction companies, as well as through internships at local design firms as an interior designer. By integrating practical construction knowledge with design expertise, she earned her degree in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa and an applied associate’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Kirkwood Community College.
