Sustainability is in our DNA. Heart of America Group utilizes sustainable practices in both our new builds and historic renovations. Our projects feature adaptive hybrid (GREEN) HVAC systems that include a combination of efficiency components, including geothermal, solar thermal, heat pumps, heat sharing, reusing existing chillers, energy recovery ventilation systems, electrochromic smart glass, green roofs, real-time equipment monitoring, and domestic water preheating. HOA also utilizes ICF (Insulating Concrete Form) construction to conserve energy. Heart of America provides electric vehicle charging stations at many of its properties.
