Valerie Harlan joined Heart of America Group in 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in construction accounting and project coordination. She got her start in the industry in 2017 and made the leap into project coordination in 2019—an area where she’s continued to grow and thrive.
Over the years, Valerie has worked with a variety of organizations across the industry, including BH Management, Baker Group, Story Construction, Graphite Construction, and Beal Derkenne Construction. Her background spans everything from property management to MEP contracting and general contracting, giving her a well-rounded perspective and a hands-on approach to every project she touches.
