Zoe Aryeh
Project Manager
Ms. Aryeh joined Heart of America in May 2023 and was promoted to Project Manager in April 2026. In her current role, she supports and drives execution across hospitality, food service, and commercial and multifamily real estate development projects. She plays a key role in coordinating complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives by working closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects advance on schedule, remain compliant with municipal and regulatory requirements, and achieve intended financial and operational objectives. Ms. Aryeh is actively involved in project coordination, compliance tracking, documentation management, and preparation of executive‑level summaries and reports. She serves as a central point of contact between internal departments and external partners, including municipalities, utilities, consultants, and agencies.
Previously, Ms. Aryeh worked as an Executive Assistant/Paralegal with a focus on real estate, employment, and hospitality matters, and prior to joining Heart of America, she gained experience as a legal assistant handling workers’ compensation, personal injury, and civil liability cases. She brings a strong foundation in operational planning, legal coordination, and project execution.
