Members of the Moline City Council, Renew Moline and the Moline Preservation Society were treated to a sneak peek at Heart of America Group’s progress renovating both the historic Sears Building and the former Fifth Avenue Building. The Sears Building is being converted into office space and the Fifth Avenue Building is being transformed into The Axis hotel.
