Kevin Belk

Regional Director of Operations – Quad Cities

As Regional Director of Operations for the Quad Cities, Mr. Belk oversees the performance and guest experience across Heart of America’s hotel and restaurant properties in the region. Since joining in May 2025, he has focused on building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and supporting a culture rooted in hospitality.

Mr. Belk brings more than a decade of industry experience, including multi-property leadership roles spanning four states. He began his hospitality career as a night auditor while in college and has held roles from General Manager to Regional Director of Operations, most recently helping launch Iron Tee Golf, an entertainment-driven hospitality concept in Bettendorf.

Originally from Davenport, Mr. Belk holds a degree from Upper Iowa University, with academic and athletic honors from Kirkwood, the University of Indianapolis, and St. Ambrose University.

Outside of work, he and his wife Grace stay busy with their three young kids—Ruby, Stella, and Cal—so most free time is filled with fun, chaos, and plenty of adventure.
