Keanen Kopplin
Regional Director of Operations – Wisconsin
As Regional Director of Operations, Mr. Kopplin oversees operational performance and guest experience for Heart of America’s hotel and restaurant properties throughout the Wisconsin market. Since joining HOA in November 2025, he has focused on building strong, high-performing teams, driving regional sales and operational results, and reinforcing the hospitality-first culture that defines the organization.
With more than a decade of industry leadership, Mr. Kopplin brings a hands-on, team-centered approach to hospitality. He began his career as a dishwasher in a small steakhouse and worked his way through a variety of roles in both restaurants and hotels, later serving as Regional Manager for Caravan Hospitality and as General Manager of The Iron Horse Hotel, Milwaukee’s 4-Diamond luxury boutique hotel.
