Dakotah Boeck joined Heart of America in 2024 as the Director of Operations and Business Development. In this role, he focuses on leading and expanding the Tommy’s Express Carwash locations. With previous experience at Tommy’s Express, Dakotah is committed to driving growth through efficient operations, delivering an excellent guest experience, and utilizing prescriptive analytics. His strategic approach to operational excellence has consistently yielded positive results.

Mr. Boeck’s leadership approach centers on keeping the mission and direction at the forefront while fostering trust in his leadership team to drive successful daily execution. He graduated from the University of Indiana with a Bachelor’s in Communications.
