Josh Boersma
Construction Superintendent
Mr. Boersma joined Heart of America Group in 2026 as a Construction Superintendent. He is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initial planning through final completion, coordinating subcontractors and project teams, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards for quality and jobsite safety.
Mr. Boersma’s professional experience includes leading field operations for the $95 million-plus Brewster Cheese facility expansion in Stockton, Illinois, a state-of-the-art precast, hollow-core, and steel processing facility. He directed scheduling, coordinated subcontractors and engineers, facilitated weekly project meetings, and helped ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards. His hospitality construction experience also includes the new-build Hilton Garden Inn and Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse in Colorado.
