John Schulz
Vice President Of Construction
Mr. Schulz joined the company in 2013 as VP – Construction and is responsible for all project construction activities (planning, bidding, contracting, development, construction) and property renovations, including all contractor coordination.
Prior to joining Heart of America Group, he was VP – Project Management for Leander Construction from 2010 to 2013, was Project Manager for Kevcon, Inc. and Forest Hill Construction Company from 2007 to 2010, was Senior Project Manager for Ryan Companies from 2005 to 2007, and was Project Manager for The Korte Company from 1986 to 2004. Mr. Schulz received his Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University of Illinois in 1986.
