John Schulz
Vice President Of Construction
Mr. Schulz joined the company in 2013 as Vice President of Construction and is responsible for overseeing all project construction activities, including planning, bidding, contracting, development, and construction, as well as property renovations and contractor coordination.
Prior to joining Heart of America Group, Mr. Schulz served as Vice President of Project Management for Leander Construction from 2010 to 2013. He was a Project Manager for Kevcon, Inc. and Forest Hill Construction Company from 2007 to 2010, a Senior Project Manager for Ryan Companies from 2005 to 2007, and a Project Manager for The Korte Company from 1986 to 2004. Mr. Schulz earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University in Illinois in 1986.
Prior to joining Heart of America Group, Mr. Schulz served as Vice President of Project Management for Leander Construction from 2010 to 2013. He was a Project Manager for Kevcon, Inc. and Forest Hill Construction Company from 2007 to 2010, a Senior Project Manager for Ryan Companies from 2005 to 2007, and a Project Manager for The Korte Company from 1986 to 2004. Mr. Schulz earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University in Illinois in 1986.
