Jimmy Shadden
Construction Superintendent
Mr. Shadden joined Heart of America Group in 2025 as a Construction Superintendent. He is responsible for overseeing construction projects, coordinating day-to-day jobsite operations, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure projects are completed successfully.
With more than 35 years of experience in the painting and construction trades, Mr. Shadden brings extensive hands-on knowledge to his role. He spent many years as a union painter while developing skills across multiple construction trades. In 2018, he opened his own painting and handyman company, where he gained valuable experience in business operations, customer service, and delivering quality workmanship.
