Brian Blome

Project Superintendent

Mr. Blome joined Heart of America Group in 2009 as the Maintenance Executive overseeing several properties for the Des Moines metro area. During this time, Blome assisted in property renovations and had a hand in the new construction of Heart of America’s boutique hotel, Hotel Renovo. After assisting on the construction side of Hotel Renovo, he moved to construction full-time and was promoted to Project Manager in 2016.

Mr. Blome has nearly 20 years of construction and maintenance experience, dating back to high school. Prior to joining Heart of America, he was a supervisor for a property management firm, specializing in the remodels of residential units.
