Since 2016, Mr. Springer has served as Vice President of Recruitment, overseeing the attraction and selection of executive talent for the company. He brings in-depth experience across the restaurant, hotel, and retail industries.
From 2006 to 2016, Mr. Springer served as Director of Recruiting and Executive Recruiter for the company. Prior to joining Heart of America, he was a Corporate Recruiter for K’s Merchandise from 2000 to 2006, after serving as General Manager for the company from 1989 to 2000. Earlier in his career, he was a Restaurant General Manager for Restaurant Resources from 1980 to 1989.
