Lesley Von Tersch
Director Of Marketing
Ms. Von Tersch joined Heart of America in 2016 as a Brand Manager. Since joining the company, she has worked with the Heart of America team to help conceptualize, market, and open hotel and restaurant brands. With a diverse background in hospitality, Ms. Von Tersch’s journey began at the age of 14 when she started working at a local family-own restaurant. She later transitioned into the realms of retail and the car industry. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Northern Iowa College.
In her role as Director of Marketing, Ms. Von Tersch spearheads the development and direction of marketing programs, oversees the in-house advertising agency, manages graphic design initiatives, coordinates retail efforts, and handles corporate communication. Her leadership ensures that Heart of America’s marketing strategies are effective and aligned with the company’s goals.
